I enjoy challenging myself physically and mentally as often as I can.I like the thought of ultra-endurance adventures and have goals in mind to get involved in that in the next ten years.I play rugby in winter as well as touch rugby in the summer, and always have had a desire to look after my health and fitness.

 

My current exercise goal: I am involved in a self-set 100 day challenge. This involves picking one exercise and doing it every day for 100 days. For me, I have picked burpees and I am aiming to achieve 25,000 within the 100 days. I started on the 1st February 2012 and you can view my progress here.

My goal not only for Limit Zero but also for myself, is to help adapt health and fitness into the lifestyle of as many people as possible.

 

I know that the obesity rates are rising and per capita in NZ is far too high compared to the rest of the world. I know that regular exercise can not only change this but also turn your life around and make you feel so much better! I know that there are countless benefits to exercise - take advantage of them!
