FAQ

1. When will I start seeing results?

 

This depends on the effort you put in to your training, the discipline you show to your training program and your determination to not let anything get in the way. It also is heavily dependent on your exercise and nutrition history. For most people the average time they start to see results is anywhere between 2 – 6 weeks. The key is to stay persistent.

 

 

2. Will I be sore?

 

Yes, you will be sore at least once a week, it is a good kind of sore, and apart from the first 2 – 3 weeks it shouldn’t be too intense – just that feeling when you have done something good for yourself.

 

 

3. What is a in a typical session at Limit Zero?

 

At Limit Zero, we always like to use boxing in 90% of our training sessions, either as a warm up, cardio or a bit of fun. We will take you through either cardio training or strength training totalling 20 – 30 minutes. We push ourselves to improve every session no matter what we’re doing, therefore the results will come.

 

 

4. Do I need to be fit?

 

No, you do not to be fit to start out. You can start from any fitness or non-fitness level at all. Limit Zero will always cater for anyone. There is benefits to having some exercise background but it is not a prerequisite what so ever.

 

 

5. What are circuits?

 

Circuit training starts with 8 – 30 different exercises based around in a large circle. You go around and spend a certain amount of time on each exercise before changing to the next one. Examples of exercises in the circuit are: press ups, sit ups, squats, skipping, and plenty others. They are designed for you to work at a high intensity for an extended period of time. Benefits from this is weight loss, fitness, strength, looking and feeling a lot better to name a few.
