PROGRAMMED FITNESS

Limit Zero's PROGRAMMED FITNESS group class

This class is currently on a 12-week strength program that goes from Monday 27th May until Sunday 18th August 2024. The goal of this program is to help you build endurance through medium - high intensity activities. Not only will it give you a great bang for buck in terms of efficiency, but you are likely to come out of this a whole lot fitter! 
Limit Zero prides itself on creating a positive, encouraging atmosphere while exercising. Come along and join us for a great workout with like minded people.

  • Friday @ 5:45am
  • Sunday @ 8:00am
