PROGRAMMED STRENGTH

Limit Zero's PROGRAMMED STRENGTH group class

This class is currently on a 12-week strength program that goes from Monday 27th May until Sunday 18th August 2024. The goal of this program is to help you develop form, strength and confidence to lift heavier weights on your bench press, deadlift and squat with guidance all the way. 
Limit Zero prides itself on creating a positive, encouraging atmosphere while exercising. Come along and join us for a great workout with like minded people. 

This class is on at the following times: 

  • Monday @ 5:45am
  • Thursday @ 12:30pm
