This running programme will have a focus on getting active while out and about the beautiful Otautahi district.
Whether you run, jog or crawl these sessions will cater to all abilities and cover a range of distances and energy systems. Whether you are looking to build endurance, improve your running technique or just get out with friends and discover the Canterbury trails there’s definitely something for you here. Run Club is applicable to all fitness levels and will be monitored by trainers at all the times. See below for the details of the next meet!
