12 days of calisthenics - timetable

 

There are 3 sessions every weekday - all 3 of these sessions each day are the same before moving onto our next session. So as long as you can make one of these time slots each day, we're good to go! 

 

 

 

Session schedule for September 2017:

 

Starting in September - to be confirmed, but will run 12-days back to back. 

  

 

 

T's & C's:

 

  • You sign up, commit and pay for the full 12-days or full month, depending on which membership you sign up to. If you miss a day, skip a day or cannot make one for some reason we will not supply a refund of any kind.
  • We have 3 sessions every weekday, one in the morning, one in the middle of the day and one in the evening, and one to two sessions on the weekend available. Please be sure you can make at least one of these every day for the majority of the 12-days before signing up.
  • In the case where you are away for 1-2 days within this time frame we will supply an appropriate workout for you to do whilst away to keep in touch with the group. Due to the strength nature of this, missing more than one day will hold you back.
