CIRCUIT SUPERSETS

Limit Zero's CIRCUIT SUPERSETS group class

This style involves the same muscle groups being worked in back to back exercises with minimal rest between, before moving onto the next station / exercise. Completing this structure for somewhere between 30 - 40 minutes. 
Limit Zero prides itself on creating a positive, encouraging atmosphere while exercising. Come along and join us for a great workout with like minded people. 

This class is on at the following times: 

  • Monday @ 6:30pm
  • Thursday @ 6:30pm
  • Friday @ 10:15am
  • Saturday @ 8:00am
  • Sunday @ 8:45am
