Join Anita Preston every Thursday at 6pm for a one-hour walking session


  • Starts Thursday 18th October 2018 and goes every week until Thursday 20th December 2018. 
  • That is 10 weeks walking once per week as a guided session to help you improve your health and stamina, all for only $10. 


Regular walking is an excellent form of exercise for anyone. It will help you to become significantly healthier, both physically and mentally in a safe low impact way. 


Anyone is welcome to join at any time throughout the challenge, just fill out the form below and pay your $10 either in cash at the first session or online right now, just below - it's just $10 for the complete 10 weeks!


Every week we will meet at Limit Zero at 6pm and walk locally as a group. It is primarily for those starting off a new fitness journey and looking to not only improve their quality of life but get to meet like-minded others. We will start off low and slow and build up to our last day (Thursday 20th December 2018), where we will attempt our longest walk of 10km.
