Limit Zero is a place of positivity and community! We offer small group exercise classes for seniors, over 50’s, adults and students.

 

A unique idea that puts a title and strategy to each small class, and you decide which class you want to sign up to. These small group personal training sessions engrain the essence of value for money. With a maximum of 6 people per class, all of who will share similar goals - it's a hard membership to beat.

 

We have different types of small group training sessions set each week, all of which cater for different types of people and different goals. On top of having access to the weekly class of your choice you will also have access to use Limit Zero as a gym anytime we are open to work on the program your small group personal trainer provides. Add on options are available for all our memberships.

WOODWAY RUNNERS CLUB every Sunday morning at 8:00am at Limit Zero

  • This class is created to help you advance your running on the best treadmills in the world - Woodway treadmills. Each class is 45-minutes and will always involve running at your ability as well as other bodyweight exercises to complement your running. This class has a maximum of 4 people. 
  • This membership also offers access to the gym anytime we are open to utilise the program that your small group personal trainer provides.
  • Total membership of $25 incl GST per week or $40 incl GST per week if you want to add LZ general group class membership on top.

GYM FIT every Monday evening at 7:15pm at Limit Zero

  • This class is designed for ladies looking to work together to challenge themselves to become stronger, fitter and just live a better life.
  • This membership also offers access to the gym anytime we are open to utilise the program that your small group personal trainer provides.
  • Total membership of $22 incl GST per week or $38 incl GST per week if you want to add LZ general group class membership on top.

This class is currently full, but we're happy to take requests to start another one at another time during the week.  

 

 

 

LIFE FIT every Tuesday at 7:30pm evening at Limit Zero

  • This class is for those looking to improve their life through getting healthier, fitter and stronger from coming to the gym regularly with the help of a personal trainer. It's best suited for people starting out or early on in their health and fitness journey, and for those that may have never come to a gym environment before. It's a bit slower and puts focus into making you comfortable and aware of what you're doing. 
  • This membership also offers access to the gym anytime we are open to utilise the program that your small group personal trainer provides.
  • Total membership of $22 incl GST per week or $38 incl GST per week if you want to add LZ general group class membership on top.

 

 

 

RUN STRONG every Wednesday morning at 5:45am at Limit Zero

  • This class is created to help you advance their running and avoid injuries by improving their strength, posture and mobility in accordance with becoming a better, faster runner.
  • This membership also offers access to the gym anytime we are open to utilise the program that your small group personal trainer provides.
  • Total membership of $22 incl GST per week or $38 incl GST per week if you want to add LZ general group class membership on top.

 

 

 

EXTREME FIT every Wednesday evening at 6:30pm at Limit Zero

  • This class is designed to provide a real tough challenge each session to those who are up to pushing their fitness and strength to a whole new 'extreme' level. 
  • This membership also offers access to the gym anytime we are open to utilise the program that your small group personal trainer provides.
  • Total membership of $22 incl GST per week or $38 incl GST per week if you want to add general group class membership on top.

 

 

YOUNG ATHLETES every Thursday evening at 5:00pm at Limit Zero 

  • This class is designed to help get teenagers into exercise in a small group, building basic strength and lots of fitness in a fun and challenging way. Introducing into weights slowly over time too.  
  • This membership also offers access to the gym anytime we are open to utilise the program that your small group personal trainer provides.

REVERSEO every Tuesday morning at 9:00am at Limit Zero

  • The purpose of this class is to help anyone that has been diagnosed with either osteoporosis or osteopenia to become stronger and not only protect their bones, but to build strength again and live a longer, more independent life.
  • An ideal small group fitness program for seniors who want to gain strength and balance.
  • This membership also offers access to the gym anytime we are open to utilise the program that your small group personal trainer provides.

PUSH LIMITS every Wednesday at 5:45pm at Limit Zero

  • The idea behind 'Push Limits' is to help men in their late 20's or older, start or build a great foundation of strength and fitness. Its ideally suited for men who want a bit more help with what to do in the gym or help (re)starting a healthy, exercise lifestyle. It'll be a slightly slower pace, but everything we do, we'll do well! 
  • This membership also offers access to the gym anytime we are open to utilise the program that your small group personal trainer provides.

STRONG FOREVER every Monday morning at 6:45am at Limit Zero

  • We deem it very important to keep your fitness, but more so your strength as you grow older. This class is designed for men who are 50 years+ who want a weekly routine to keep themselves strong forever, just as the title suggests. This class is designed for men who have participated in some form of sport, or gym or strength work in the past and just looking to keep it going with the odd challenge here and there on a fun, small group. 
  • This membership also offers access to the gym anytime we are open to utilise the program that your small group personal trainer provides.
  • Total membership of $22 incl GST per week or $38 incl GST per week if you want to add general group class membership on top.

  

 

 

The best way to get started:

 

Buy 5 personal training sessions for a total of $110

  • These are one on one personal training sessions, and on top of this you'll also have access to 1 small group personal training session of your choice to trial it out.
  • The idea behind this package is to help get you started and comfortable at Limit Zero before joining the small group session that suits you. From then on you can purchase 5 small group personal training sessions for a total of $110 ongoing. 

This package is available to be purchased up until 8th September 2019

After purchasing the 5 PT package above, please make sure you register online right here with us where you can book in your first PT session all automatically.

 

 

 

Details:

  • All small group personal training sessions are 45-minutes long. 
  • The purpose of each session as written above never changes.
  • This set time for every session never changes unless it falls on a public holiday when Limit Zero is closed. If this is the case this session will be moved to a similar time on a different day for that week only - you will be provided with 2-weeks notice of any such change. 
  • We restrict these group personal training sessions to a maximum of 6 people per session. 
  • In the case you don't show up to a small group personal training session while holding a membership there are no refunds, but you will be sent the week's program to complete in your own time at Limit Zero gym some other time that week. 
  • There are no contracts, your small group PT membership is week to week and can be changed to another membership, put on hold, cancelled or upgraded any time with 2 weeks notice. However if you need to put your small group PT membership on hold you must put it on hold for a minimum of 4 weeks and you risk losing your spot in that particular class. 
  • Your membership will be billed through direct debit either every week or month.

Monday - Thursday 5:45am - 8:45pm

Friday 5:45am - 7:15pm

Saturday / Sunday 8:00am - 12:30pm 

 

Closed on all statutory holidays

Any other closures will be given with 4 weeks notice.
