CIRCUIT TIMEKEEPER

Limit Zero's CIRCUIT TIMEKEEPER group class

This style involves1 or 2 particular exercises within a range of other exercises, that will make up the time for everyone else's efforts. For example one station may be a 500m bike and the time it takes you to do that station determines how long every else goes for on every other station. Completing this structure for somewhere between 30 - 40 minutes. 
Limit Zero prides itself on creating a positive, encouraging atmosphere while exercising. Come along and join us for a great workout with like minded people.

  • Monday @ 6:30pm
  • Thursday @ 6:30pm
  • Friday @ 10:15am
  • Saturday @ 8:00am
  • Sunday @ 8:45am
