Join us every second Saturday for a fitness thrill in the hills.
This running program will have a focus on taking on some different challenges in the hills. Whether you walk, run, jog or crawl these routines will have a huge benefit towards improving your overall fitness and well-being particularly for walking or running. Whether you are looking to build endurance, become a runner, build your running or just get out with friends there's definitely something for you here.
