Run with Limit Zero

Every second Saturday at 9:00am 

Join us every second Saturday, from the 10th July - 9th October 2021 for a fitness thrill in the hills.

This running program will have a focus on taking on some different challenges in the hills. Whether you walk, run, jog or crawl these routines will have a huge benefit towards improving your overall fitness and well-being particularly for walking or running. Whether you are looking at taking on the Marina 2 Marina run in Picton with Limit Zero, the Queenstown marathon event or something similar there's definitely something for you here. Applicable for all fitness levels and will all be monitored by trainers all the time. See all dates, meeting places and details listed below.

Meeting at St Martins school for a 1.8km hill loop that includes the famous St Martin's steps. The 1.8km is roughly split up as a 400m steep incline, 700m downhill and 700m on the flat. We will set up from 9:00am for 90-minutes to do as many loops as you like. You can leave earlier than that or stay later. Applicable for all running levels, whether you are just starting or are training for your next event.

Meeting on the corner of Hackthorne Road & Cashmere Road for a 3.9kmh hill loop that includes the good ol' Hackthorne Road climb, then down Dyers Pass Road and along Cashmere Road. We will set up from 9:00am for 90-minutes to do as many loops as you like / can. You can leave earlier than that or stay later. Whether it's a goal to get through 1 round or 5, come and give this a go.

Meeting on the Summit Road, at the top of Farmers Track (slightly west from the top of Rapaki). From here we are going to run / walk East along the Summit Road, which is closed off to cards for the majority of it. We will all go at our own pace and turn around at the 35-minute mark to roughly make a 70-minute routine. This route includes undulating hills and makes for a slightly less intense routine than others and includes some pretty spectacular views of our great city along the way. We will set up from 9:00am. Applicable for all walking and running levels. Come and join us.

Meeting by the Sumner Scarborough Clock tower (just past Sumner beach). From here we are going to run / walk up a trail to Nicholson Park then loop back down a quiet road to the start of the trail. Roughly a 800m - 900m loop with some steep incline at the start. We will all go at our own pace and continue doing loops for a maximum of 90-minutes. We should get a pretty cool view over the ocean and Sumner beach. We will set up from 9:00am. Applicable for all walking and running levels - just go your pace.

Marina 2 Marina Run in Picton with Limit Zero. Pick from a 9km, 13km or a 24km run/walk adventure through the Queen Charlotte Sounds.
