About Blair:

I started Limit Zero in March of 2010 with the idea of helping people to enjoy exercise so they can then reap the great, ongoing rewards from it. I enjoy challenging myself physically and mentally as often as I can. I like the thought of ultra-endurance adventures and always set myself goals in this category. I used to play rugby in Winter as well as touch rugby and tennis in the Summer, and always have had a desire to push myself and look after my health and fitness for as long as I've known. The more I work in the industry the more I realise how important exercise is in a regular lifestyle to get the very best out of your life. Ideally I would love to help people feel and act young forever. I see ageing more or less as an option, you can let your body slowly die away or look after it and be fit, strong, healthy and energetic forever.

Aspirations: I want to run a marathon every year in a different country until at least 2021, aiming to get one of them under 3:30 hours or faster. I want to keep growing the business and building Limit Zero to eventually one day become one of the best small gyms in the world. I love going on holiday and exploring the world and want to keep doing that as much as I can.

About Steph:

I have a huge passion for sport, fitness and an active lifestyle.  I coach competitive rugby in Christchurch’s division one competition and have also represented New Zealand in AFL. I love a good challenge and have a very competitive nature, which makes me strive for excellence in what ever I do. I appreciate success and know that it doesn’t come by chance but by hard work and dedication.

I want to carry on playing competitive sport for as long as I can while also keeping my body in the best shape for things that everyday life throws at me. I want to continue developing my strength and conditioning knowledge base so that I can pass on my experiences to athletes, personal training clients and anyone who is looking to maintain or increase their personal lifestyle and health.

About Chris:

I became a personal trainer because of my strong passion for helping others in the world of health and fitness. I grew up playing many sports and am now mostly at the gym working on increasing my overall health and learning more and more everyday about how I can help others increase their health too. I love to learn about how we function as human beings and our anatomy on the inside and outside, and also how we can push ourselves to our limits to get the most out of life.

I want to continue to grow healthier and fitter to be prepared for anything in the future. Building strength and overall anaerobic and aerobic fitness is a big goal of mine, so I am able to teach many of my clients what I have learnt from my own experiences.
