About Kelsey

Since a young age, I have always been drawn to the many challenges and rewards of physical activity. In 2018 I moved to Christchurch to study Sport Coaching and became a part of the LZ team in December 2021.

I view training as a great way to practice gratitude towards all that we are capable of achieving. Consistent exercise is a great way to thank our bodies for all of the incredible things they allow us to do, and a way to remain fit and healthy to keep doing the things we enjoy for a longer. I take every opportunity I can to move my body, and I love to encourage others to do the same.

Aspirations

Over the past year I have challenged myself to say “yes” to more opportunities, the latest being hiking, kayaking and training for my first backyard ultra race. This year will be no different, stay tuned for the next!
