My passion for exercise has developed over the last few years, making strength training and running a huge part of my life. Before personal training, I studied Psychology at the University of Canterbury, which taught me how much our habits and discipline can impact exercise. I then studied for my Certificate in Exercise, dedicating every day to helping others towards a healthier, happier life. Anyone can have an active lifestyle if they put the time and commitment in!
I love a challenge and aim to keep pushing myself with new goals, to see how much I can accomplish. I ran my first half marathon this year and look forward to seeing what challenges come next. I hope I can encourage others to do the same.
