About Jack

Growing up, I was always surrounded by environments that allowed me to express myself physically through sport and exercise and have continued to do so throughout the course of my life. In 2021 I was provided the opportunity to coach at a national sport academy which sparked my interest in exercise coaching and training. So, in 2023 I moved to Christchurch to study Sport Coaching at the University to continue my interest. This path has been able to lead me to LZ where I can develop my skills as a trainer under the guidance of the team.

I have always associated exercise with health and have consistently believed that every individual should have a work-life balance that includes some sort of exercise for their own benefit. My version of exercise throughout my past has always been sport. Football was my sport of choice, and I firmly believe that without football acting as a platform for consistent exercise in my life, I would be nowhere near where I am today. Now I view exercise as essential, especially as we all progress throughout our own individual lives. It’s such an easy way to keep us fit and healthy and I want to share that passion more.

Aspirations

I aspire to stay connected with sport and I’m looking to complete a few different goals that I have in the back of my mind within the next few years, but for now I am focused on the present.
