Every second Wednesday at 5:45am
Starting back on Wednesday 11th February @ 5:45am, meeting at Limit Zero.
Whether you run, jog or walk, these sessions will cater to all abilities and cover a range of distances and energy systems. Whether you are looking to build endurance, improve your running technique or just start your Wednesday off with a bang this is the run club for you.

- A community running group - open to members and non-members.
