New to the gym or haven't been in a while? Start here, with this.
Being strong is a vital part of life! Putting aesthetics aside, being strong makes life easier, provides us with more daily energy, compliments fat loss goals and allows us to age the best we can.
'Starting Strong' is an 8-week program where you get:
- 1 personal training session to start.
- 1 training program designed just for you to complete over the 8 week block.
- Up to 3 sessions per week where there will be a trainer to help you complete your weekly program (optional and small group format).
- Gym access anytime we are open.
- 1 personal training session to finish.
All this for $299.
