We normally start everyone's membership with a FREE 1 on 1 introductory PT session, where we will take our time to get to you know, show you through Limit Zero, take you through an introductory workout and make a plan for the future that works for you. We'll see your booking come through our system, and if there is enough notice we will set you up to get a text reminder the evening beforehand. After that, we'll meet you at Limit Zero and run you through your first introductory session, where we'll listen to your goals, and help educate you through what we suggest you should be doing so you too can see and feel the real wonders that exist within regular exercise.
