Limit Zero Community Session
We are running a FREE community endurance session on, Friday 15th of October 4:00pm - 8:00pm, specifically for those who are training for the 24-hour circuit but also for anyone who’s is keen on an endurance workout! The workouts are all scalable and are open to all fitness levels.
So come along, bring a friend (doesn’t have to be a member) and train with us during this endurance session. The only catch is you’ve got to be committed to at least 1 hour period with the option to stay for longer.
