Limit Zero's CORE STRENGTH group class

This will involve several different exercises focused on working your core - abs, obliques and back in isolated and varied ways. Your core gets worked in pretty much everything we do in life. You'll find out how can engage it properly and use it to help lift heavier loads as well as using it to keep your back safe and strong. 
Limit Zero prides itself on creating a positive, encouraging atmosphere while exercising. Come along and join us for a great workout with like minded people.
