Limit Zero's TEAM TONNAGE group class

This is strength class where you you work as a team to hit a tonnage target. Whereas you multiply the weight you are lifting by the reps you do create a total weight. For example you may do a 50kg leg press for 10 reps which would = 500kg. Together as a team you will have several strength exercises to participate in and build towards a grand total. Great fun while getting stronger! This kind of strength training can have fantastic benefits for building a better cardiovascular base too.
