Limit Zero's MUSCULAR ENDURANCE group class
This is strength class where you will use slighter lighter weights on certain exercises for a longer period of time - more reps, more sets, less rest, etc. You are likely to feel a burn and a 'pump' in a great way. This kind of strength training can have fantastic benefits for building a better cardiovascular base too.
