We see personal training as a great way to get started or to re-start, to give you an extra push when needed, for accountability purposes or for a higher level of training. Not only will we take you through workouts but we will aim to educate you on what is best for YOU, and how to carry this procedure on long-term, whether with us, by yourself or somewhere else.

Our personal training sessions are all 45-minutes long, with time spent prior to carefully plan the best workout for you, and time spent afterwards to record all your results and send them through. We take time, every single session to give you the best experience possible, and to encourage long-term exercise.
Personal Training pricing options:
- $85 for 1 off or regular monthly PT sessions.
- $400 for 5 PT sessions purchased upfront.
- $800 for 10 PT sessions purchased upfront.
- $80 per session when booked in for a regular PT session each week or more.
