CLASSIC CIRCUIT

Limit Zero's CLASSIC group circuit class

This style involves a certain amount of time on one exercise, followed by a certain amount of time resting, before moving onto another exercise. ie 30 seconds on / 30 seconds off. Completing this structure for somewhere between 30 - 40 minutes, with a possible chance of other rests in between. 
Limit Zero prides itself on creating a positive, encouraging atmosphere while exercising. Come along and join us for a great workout with like minded people. 

This class is on at the following times: 

  • Monday @ 6:30pm
  • Thursday @ 6:30pm
  • Friday @ 10:15am
  • Saturday @ 8:00am
  • Sunday @ 8:45am
