Limit Zero's HIP MOBILITY group class

As it states, this will session will focus on helping free your hip joints. This includes glutes, hamstrings, thighs, adductors, as well as your lower back, all which can all be linked. This will be set up in the LZ lounge on the same mat. Will focus on the entire body. Class lasts between 30 - 40 minutes.
