Limit Zero's HYROX BEGINNERS group class
HYROX is the fastest growing fitness event in the fitness industry at the moment. It is a race that involves a mix of running and strength work. This class will focus on introducing you to the strength elements of HYROX. Building form, mobility and strength where needed so you can perform Hyrox movements with more confidence. This class will also have a short fitness piece at the end.
