HYROX is the fastest growing fitness event in the fitness industry at the moment. It is a race that involves a mix of running and strength work. This conditioning class will involve similar exercises in a way that helps improve your general fitness. From small intervals of 30 seconds up to longer intervals lasting 4-5 minutes.
