Limit Zero's PROGRAMMED STRENGTH group class
This class runs a 8 - 12 week program, where classes each week are set to build upon each other. The goal of this program is to help you develop form, strength and confidence to lift heavier weights on your bench press, deadlift and squat with guidance all the way.
Limit Zero prides itself on creating a positive, encouraging atmosphere while exercising. Come along and join us for a great workout with like minded people.
