Originally from the far North, I moved to Christchurch a few years back to study and have fallen in love with the place. I enjoy helping others and believe that by sharing my passion for sport and fitness I can make a long-lasting impact on peoples lives. I believe health and fitness is a lifestyle, and not a quick fix, it is a lifestyle that should be enjoyed by all, as the benefits are definitely worth it!
I have always been into all kinds of sport from a young age, primarily into Football (soccer), but enjoyed playing touch, and rugby. I have only recently become a fan of basketball and so most of my spare time is spent playing with friends and shooting hoops.
I love the outdoors and exploring as much as I can. Together with my partner Pereen, I want to tick off all of the great walks in NZ starting off by doing the Abel Tasman in April 2020, then trying to tick off 1 or 2 a year. We are also very keen traveller’s and love experiencing different cultures and foods, all around the world, and look to travel as much as we can before we settle down.
I’m also looking to expand my knowledge and education in health and fitness by potentially starting my Post Graduate after a few years of work experience.
