April's 'month of miles'

Walk, run, bike, row, ski, swim, cross-trainer, stair climb any kilometre's at any pace this April and send it through - via a screenshot of a GPS reading, or a photo of the result of an exercise machine. 

We are looking to see how many kilometre's we can manually move in 30 days. We will update you every week. It's all about movement. 

Our initial goal is 10,000KM

When you email through each of your results, we will then add these KM's to your personal account as well as our overall total for the month to see how far we can move, in any form, in 30 days. 

Each Monday you will receive an email update of how you are going and how we are tracking as one united team.
