We believe that how well you look after yourself has a direct relationship to how quickly you 'age'.
Things like walking, gardening and doing things around the house are a great place to start, but without structured exercise, including resistance training you can still lose strength, mobility, balance, fitness and most importantly your independence.
This is where we come in.
We have worked with more than 100's of different people 50 years and older. Many in their 60's and a growing number in their 70's too.
Adding in a strength regime just once a week can have a significant difference on your quality of life.
Being old isn't necessarily a number, but a way we feel. We see people who look young at 70 and others who look old at 40. We want to help you become the former.
