Limit Zero's LOWER COMPOUND STRENGTH group class

This class will focus on lower body movements that can make a big difference. Exercises like squats, deadlifts, lunges and more. The best bang for buck in working your legs. 
Limit Zero prides itself on creating a positive, encouraging atmosphere while exercising. Come along and join us for a great workout with like minded people.
