LZ Records Day

LZ Records Day

Saturday 8th August 2026 from 8:00am

We have 13 different gym records on our Limit Zero record board and although we get the odd update now and then, we want to create a morning where you can either focus on building towards beating a record, trying out a new record or creating your own personal best on a Limit Zero classic. It allows for choice, something to build towards while offering a good challenge.

See all our records detailed below, and if you'd like to join register below. It's FREE for all monthly members.

  • Treadmill test: Starts @ speed 8.0kmh and 0% incline and moves up 1% incline every 60 seconds until you've had enough or can't keep up. If you get to 15:00 minutes (top incline), you then move up 1.0kmh speed every 60 seconds.
  • Bike test: Females target 55rpm or higher, males target 60rpm or higher. You start on resistance 1 and move up 1 level every 30 seconds until max resistance which takes you to 5:00 minutes. From there your rpm target increases by 2 every 30 seconds until you can't keep up.
  • LZ Triathlon: 400 skips > 5km BIKE > 1km treadmill back to back for time.
  • Bench press: The most weight you can lift for 1 rep.
  • Squat: The most weight you can lift for 1 rep.
