They are all set in a private room and Nory will help you relax your body, help you with rehabilitation from injury and/or help get you ready for any exercise event in the future. Massage Details

  1. All massages are 45 minutes long.
  2. Only one package per person, although you can buy another one as a gift for someone else.
  3. If you need to change the time of a booked massage, we will attempt to change it within 7 days, but please be aware that we will be busy and may not be able to do so, in which case the massage would be cancelled.
