YOGA @ LZ

This is a 45-60 minute group yoga class every week at Limit Zero. Focused on a more beginner / relaxing form of yoga with a few challenges here and there for those that are keen / up to it. A great way to find out more about yoga or try it out if you haven't been before. 
Limit Zero prides itself on creating a positive, encouraging atmosphere while exercising. Come along and join us for a great workout with like minded people.
