Agreement for Participating in the Online Personal Strength, Fitness & Conditioning Training System
The 'trainer' means New Zealand Registered business 'Limit Zero'.
The 'activity' means participation in strength, fitness and conditioning training, and general advice.
I acknowledge that it is a condition of participating in this activity that I do so at my own risk. I accept all risks and hereby indemnify and release the trainer, their agents, employees, members, sponsors, promoters and any person or body directly and indirectly associated with the trainer, against all liability (including liability for their negligence and the negligence of others) claims, demands and proceeding arising out of or connected with my participation in this activity. This release and indemnity continues forever and binds my heirs, successors, executors and personal representatives.
I acknowledge that by participating in this activity there is a risk of serious injury or even death from different causes including overexertion, dehydration, equipment failure and accidents with equipment and their surroundings.
I understand the difficulties of participating in this activity and I attest that I am physically fit to participate safely in the activity and that a qualified medical practitioner has not advised me otherwise. I also, agree to seek the advice of a medical practitioner if I have ticked any questions in section three history, section four symptoms or section three other, before I begin the program.
I understand the demanding physical nature of this activity and I am not aware of any medical condition, injury or impairment that will be detrimental to my health if I participate in this activity.
I understand that I must inform my trainer immediately in the event that I become aware of any medical condition, injury or impairment that may be detrimental to my health if I keep participating in this activity. If I choose to continue to participate in this activity I accept all risks despite these conditions and am still, and always will be under the terms of this agreement.
I certify that I am 15 years or older and have fully read this document and I fully understand it. As a parent or guardian of the participant
- I agree to the above for myself and on behalf of the participant
- I indemnify and will keep indemnified any person or body directly or indirectly associated with the conduct of the activity on the terms referred to.
I understand and agree to the following cancellation policy in regards to all sessions I book with Limit Zero through any source.
Cancellation Policy:
- If I cancel with 24 hours notice I will be re-credited or have a chance to re-book in the future at any time.
- If I cancel with less than 24 hours notice, I must re-book that same session within a 7-day period of the original booking.
