Limit Zero's PROGRAMMED S&C group class

This class is currently on a 12-week strength program that goes from Monday 27th May until Sunday 18th August 2024. S&C stands for 'strength and conditioning'. These sessions with start off with some unilateral strength work before moving into a short fitness effort on 1 or 2 different exercises. It really is the best of both worlds and great bang for buck! 
Limit Zero prides itself on creating a positive, encouraging atmosphere while exercising. Come along and join us for a great workout with like minded people.

  • Wednesday @ 6:30am
  • Saturday @ 8:45am
