Powerlifting Fitness Challenge

Join in on Limit Zero's Powerlifting Fitness Challenge

Starting from 7:00am on Saturday 17th August 2024.

Over the course of 1 hour you warm up and complete your best weight for 1 rep on the 3 different strength exercises - deadlift, bench press and squat. After that 1-hour period you then have another 2-hours to then complete your fastest time for a 10km distance on your choice of rowing machine or treadmill / run. A total of 3-hours. 

We then take your body weight as well to provide a single number that gives you the best possible picture on your overall wellness. Covering mobility, strength and fitness in relation to your bodyweight. There is no other challenge that provides such a well-rounded result for anyone at any age. 

This is our second year running this challenge which is unique to Limit Zero.

$45 entry - gives you access to the gym, and equipment, plus rowing machine and/or treadmill. Plus allows for a time slot for you to achieve all this. All whilst being overlooked, supported and spotted by a professional.
