The ultimate step from PT to working out on your own!
A building block from PT sessions with continued guidance while also allowing you to build into your own workouts.
For every 1 personal training session you have we will book in 1 gym session. One that we will book in for a certain time, hold you accountable to and provide the exact workout for you to do. The only difference is you do the gym session by yourself.
All sessions are built around a 45-minutes time frame. We will spend time before and after each PT session to build you great workouts to help you work towards your goals while building confidence to do the gym work yourself. A great stepping stone away from personal training to working out on your own.
We have 2 different levels of personal trainers, based off experience, priced as below.
- Level 2 trainer = $525 for 5 pack / $1,050 for 10 pack
- Level 3 trainer = $625 for 5 pack / $1,250 for 10 pack
- Add an extra person into your PT PLUS membership (to share) for $15.00 extra per session

A 5 pack would include 5 PT sessions and 5 gym workouts (10 workouts). This could be done weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Level 2 trainer = has trained several different types of people and has helped them succeed with their goals, plus has at least 1 years worth of experience.
Level 3 trainer = has trained 100’s of different people, bringing a lot of them to success with their goals, some of whom have had different challenges, and has at least 5 years worth of experience.
